1. Refunds
• We don’t do refunds, but we exchange products for customers. The exchange for and within lagos is 2 days, and while out of lagos is 3 days.
2. Returns
• Customers will cover the fee for pick up and return fee.
If a customer wants exchange, they will bear the cost of delivery back and forth.
• Products must be returned undamaged and unused, with the original packaging included with receipt or proof of purchase.
• If a mistake was made by the company, we would cover for the return of the package, and the right order will be sent out to the customer.
• Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
3. Damage and issues
•Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Delivery (order processing time)
• For lagos deliveries, after payment and processing, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 24 – 48hrs, out of lagos, 3-10 working days, and for international delivery, 8-10 working days.
• For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You are responsible for paying those fees, and we recommend you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website
